Shipping Policy

Every MuddyPaw Co. order ships free, with tracking, and no minimums or surprise fees at checkout. Because we ship direct from our suppliers instead of marking up through a middleman, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days — a fair trade for better prices and quality. The moment your order is on its way, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow it the whole journey.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or delayed packages
